Hazards

Control measures

People involved
|
|
A hazard can be the Tripping hazards that will be open to us, meaning
that there may be high possibilities of a member slipping in the woods.
|
I will make sure to warm everyone on set that there can be sticks or
woods that can make them trip. We can avoid this by walking around beforehand
and moving things that can harm our actors when filming.

|
A hazard might be that since the area is big people may get lost in
the woods, meaning having a hard time finding their way back.
|
We will all be attending the set together seeing where the different
areas are, so just in case anyone gets lost then they can easily remember
where we came from and which way is the exit.
|

|
|
A hazard might be there could be living animals in the woods that we
may be unaware of, which could potentially harm us.
|
There could be an animal that can harm the people involved in the
filming. We would try to avoid this by making sure that the area seems to be
animal free beforehand.

|
A hazard would be the noise pollution we could cause while filming
the scenes as, it could annoy the local residents nearby.
|
In order for us to not make too much noise and annoy anyone walking
by we will make sure that we avoid making too much noise as we film around
the area or film at a suitable time so people of the area wouldn’t find the
noise distracting.

Hazards

People involved
|
|
There can be few tripping hazards in the location, meaning people
might trip over and injure themselves.
|
There might be cracks in the pathways therefore, one of us might trip
over and hurt ourselves. This can also affect my filming as there might be
bumpy roads where I want to film a scene. This will make my filming more
unstable and look less professional. Therefore, in order to prevent that I
have decided to film, where there aren’t any cracks in the pathway that can
affect my filming and make sure that if I happen to film near a crack in the
road then, I would make sure that the camera is still stable while I am
filming.

|
|
The Weather can be hazardous since, it can affect the artist’s that I
am filming.
|
The weather can have a big impact in the location I film e.g. If it
suddenly snows and becomes icy then when we are shooting there would be a
high probability that one of the members filming would fall and hurt
themselves, which can affect the filming overall. Therefore, in order to
prevent this we will be checking the weather beforehand of the shooting so
that we can film more clearly and better without casualties.

|
|
A hazard might be that people might get lost in the location as it is
very big.
|
This is hazardous as, people may get lost around the area as not all
of us know the area very well therefore, we might have a hard time getting
around the area properly to film. This can affect the filming because this
will unmotivated us to film in the area we may find interesting as, we could
get lost trying to find the location itself. Therefore, we will try to avoid
this by making sure that everyone knows where to go when they are lost so,
that we can all gather in that area and see who has gone missing.

Hazards

Control measures

People involved

|
A hazard can be someone might slip and fall into the river.
|
When shooting in the river, we may have difficult scenes when I have
to film the main character near the river. This can mean that there will be
areas where it will be hard to film therefore, causing someone to slip and
fall. This could ultimately delay the scenes if it occurs then, it would mean
that we would have to film elsewhere. Therefore, we can avoid this by making
sure the area we will be filming is at a good condition for the members to
walk around in, also, there would be people around to help them so they can
avoid casualties.

|
A hazard could be that there may be Non-swimmers on set as, they can
accidently fall in an injure themselves.
|
It can be hazardous when filming in the river location because there
are members that cannot swim therefore, if they fall they may have
difficulties trying to breathe. Therefore, we will avoid this by making sure
there are members that can swim around the areas that seem hazardous
therefore, they can help the person before they become likely to fall into
the river.

|
A hazard can be accidently Loosing personal objects into the river
as, this would mean that the person then would have to go into the river to
obtain it back.
|
This can be hazardous as, the object may be sharp and that may affect
the other filming crew as they might step on it and hurt themselves.
Therefore, in order to prevent this we will make sure that no one brings any
personal belongings that they could essentially loose and harm others are
left behind and not brought to the set, if so then kept away at a safe
distance from the filming area.
